Our founder

Ronika Middleton is from York, SC and graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. While working for community organizations, Ronika developed a deep passion for the well-being of girls.

After implementing curricula for students as a program coordinator for local middle and high schools, Ronika decided to return to Clemson University to earn a Masters Degree in Counselor Education, specializing in School Counseling.

For over 15 years, Ronika has been an advocate and mentor for girls by providing support and resources within communities and schools. Currently, as a middle school counselor in Fort Mill, SC and mother to twin girls (Brooklyn and London), Ronika's purpose is to empower girls to be their own best advocate throughout their life.
